On Safari 5.1, menu is always expanded

I've noticed the menu is buggy anyway. If you navigate to a page then back to the homepage, the dropdown doesn't work. Might be a turbolinks issue? In this specific case I don't think we need to fix it for the sake of supporting Safari 5.1, but considering the menu is buggy anyway it might be worth investigating. That being said, it's pretty normal to only support the last 2 versions of major web browsers plus IE11 and Android Chrome.
