Set Style % for card packs?

I am looking to set shine rarity of cards for packs.
Is this possible somehow?
I know it works for crafting, but since I am playing through the LERM mod, I am not crafting that many cards and I would like for cards with higher rarity to also have a higher finish.

They're in the ShopPackOdds.json file under premiereRateList. See an example from the regular game data here:

The entries might be missing entirely from the LE mod so you'd need to add them manually
