Add message to timeout #11

As per comment in #8 , add a message to the timeout that says something like:

Timed out waiting for Cavy test results. This could mean:
a) your tests are running very slowly - you might need to increase the timeout
b) you had a bundler failure or an early-stage app failure and Cavy never set up successfully
