Is there a way to force relation line to be straight?

You could try PlantUML feature

skinparam linetype ortho
' or 
skinparam linetype polyline

mind you, that there's still a lot of 'problems' with the ortho output (overlapping lines, labels that go bezerk) but that's all plantuml/graphviz problems :)

Yes it's all PlantUML. You could try !pragma layout elk. maybe this helps.
