Add 'Verbose Check' under platform > advanced menu

Hello,
As per subject it would be nice to have an option to run lint checking in verbose mode, this issue is to suggest to add such an option alongside Verbose Build and Verbose Upload.

I am aware verbose mode can also be achieved by running from the command line and that is what I am doing to debug clang-tidy setup issues.
