Update to support Predis as Platform.sh PHP 7.4 Doesn't Support PHP Redis Extension #13

As stated on https://platform.sh/blog/2019/php-7.4-is-just-a-git-push-away/

The best solution would be to detect the presence of either phpredis of predis and set accordingly.
