Update docs for steps with the new organization display

Where on docs.platform.sh should be changed?

• "Administer users" page https://docs.platform.sh/administration/users.html
• "Organizations" page https://docs.platform.sh/administration/organizations.html

There could be others but noticed these 2

What exactly should be updated?

• There has been an update with how organizations are displayed in the console so we should update instructions on how to access organization related information
• Below shows the new organization menu in the top left

Main point that needs upating is Open the user menu (your name or profile picture). as the menu no longer lives under the name/profile picture

Navigate to the organization you want to manage (or a project in it).
Open the user menu (your name or profile picture).

I'd suggest to change this

Open the user menu (your name or profile picture).

to something like

Open the organization users menu (by clicking the organization name in the organization list).

One other minor suggestion would be to indicate location of the organization setting menu when it says "Navigate to the organization" e.g. "Navigate to the organization (in the top left, click the current organization to show the organization list)"
