按照我个人的习惯是不喜欢看这类书籍的,要么一些观点不敢苟同,要么即使认可一些东西,工作中也很难做到,这次是公司要求大家看本书并要写读后感,书中有2个观点印象稍微深点,一个是作为管理者,你有没有去问过的下属你需要配合什么能让他们更好的工作,这个我觉着可以尝试下;一个是若是一个岗位出现了离开某人就无法运转,就说明管理有问题,一定要把这个人调离此岗位,对比我保留观点,有些东西,理论是一回事,实际操作又是另一回事,在用人这个问题上,我还是更接受用人不疑,疑人不用,不要一边用着,一边怀疑着,不说被用的那个人什么感受,重点是自己不累吗? 最后想说的是,这本书本来字数已经算很少了,但是最少有1/3还是挺多余啰嗦的,有点凑字数的嫌疑,我认为管理类的书就应该简洁明了,直击问题要害,不用担心读者不理解反复举例说明。
