Page published and scheduled should be accessible by owner

Affects Plone 5 and Plone 6

What I did:

Log in as Editor/Reviewer
Create News Item and publish
You can still see it.
Change publish date to future date.
You do not see it anywhere. Even the in /folder_contents it does not show up

What I expect to happen:

Owner of a published and sheduled item should see the item at least in /folder_contents
