in mockup/patterns/tinymce/pattern.js (line 308 / 310)
if (lang.split('_') > 1){
should be
if (lang.split('_').length > 1){

(same in line 310)

(if you have a portal-language like "de-de" this code can't find the "de"-fallback-translations )

i18n.js Tool is now fixed for country specific language codes
