After reinstall from plone.app.intid = 1.1.3 plone.app.intid = 1.1.4 Plone lose all RelationChoice

When I try to edit object with this RelationChoice widget after upgrade this product I can't see the relation object.
But seems the relations still working because is stored in database.
Simply the field widget don't shows the relation object.

If I edit the relation field establishing the relation object again and then save, it seems al right, the widget shows the related object
But if I try to reinstall the product and edit again the same object, the widget don't shows the related object again.

Anyone can help me about it.

This package is not meant to be reinstalled. That creates a new intids utility with a new intid for each content item, so any references to the old intids will no longer work if you do that.
