When we override a Zope version pin in versions.cfg, we cannot blindly copy this to constraints.txt. We should put it in mx.ini or some other mxdev file.
See plone/buildout.coredev#963

But maybe we can just add a note in versions.cfg: if you add an override here, you must manually copy it to mx.ini.
