  • Create DB standard
  • Select DB engine
  • Select any free layer
  • Name the DB instance, user, and pass
  • select ‘db.t3.micro’
  • configure storage options
  • Connect an EC2 instance to RDS EC2 Practical Exercises - the AWS Console #1
  • disable public access
  • Create a security group and assign it to a region
  • disable proxy
  • set port TCP/IP
  • set Auth with passwords
