Can't stop villagers from stacking

Describe the bug
I used to be able to stop villagers from stacking but since i updated to 1.15.2 there is no longer anything in the config to stop them from stacking

not sure what this means

Expected behavior
i hope to get this fixed by being able to stop villagers from stacking.
