Wiki clarification: Outerplane Summon entry does not specify that Absorbtion Chamber must be built to unlock tech

I was confused for a bit when attempting to get the Outerplane Summon reset for the Witch Hunter challenge, as I had defeated the demon lord but the technology was not appearing in the research tab.

It was only after a significant amount of looking around that I was able to identify that I needed to completely build the absorption chamber. This probably should be added as an additional non-tech requirement.
