No hierarchical tags showing

Hello, I have Anki 2.0 so I used the following code for the Hierarchical tag add-on: 1089921461. It worked in the past for me but now I don't see any of the hierarchical tags for the deck I am using. I deleted and reinstalled the add-on. After restarting Anki, the dropdowns for the hierarchical tags still don't work. I don't know what else to do to troubleshoot this issue and would greatly appreciate your help!
