I'm trying to make a report of the last modified dates of all Site Collections.
I'm not sure if LastContentModifiedDate on Site Collection level is the correct property for this.
That's why I'm also trying to check LasItemUserModifiedDate on web level including all sub webs to compare the results.
But LasItemUserModifiedDate on web level is always empty for me.
Am i misunderstanding this property?
