The aim of this issue is to upgrade the Tree Organization web part sample to the latest version of SPFx (1.20)

Since react-sortable-tree is no longer maintained and the last active fork repo is archived, I'm considering rewriting the tree with only the minimal requirements. This should help streamline things and keep it more manageable i n future.

Makes sense. Why not do a bit of clean up along the way. Please do remember to update readme and screenshots if my behavior or UI would change
