It is not included in the repository. Could also be added to the build/deploy instructions.

@PeterTheOne you need to perform npm run build command to have service-worker.js in the build directory.

Thanks for the info. Linking to https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/tree/v1.1.5/packages/react-scripts/template#making-a-progressive-web-app in readme would be nice.
