Intel I350 Gigabit Ethernet bugs in ds918p-7.1.1-42661

I use 0.9.4.3 to build the loader,it complete successfully and sata boot on my Esxi 6.7u3.

My server Inspur NF5270M4 has two Intel I350 Gigabit Ethernet adapters,but when I boot the loader,I found that one network adapter works well and the other one could not get DHCP,could not be found by Synology assisstant .There are many vms run on the Esxi and the two network adapter have no errors.

I have tried the following steps and it didn't work:
1.Restart my Esxi
2.Switch network adapter type to E1000E/E1000/vmnet3
3.Switch vm boot to EFI

Any solution? Thanks your reply.

I think it may be a hardware issue with the server network adapter.

I have tracked this issue for several days. I found it is very strange

1. if u config grub.cfg to use 2 netif, normal boot from esxi would be ok,but when you installed the DSM-pat file to the disk ,no ip could be founded at next boot
2. switch the managerment network will switch the work netif,that is the netif which work will follow which managerment network adapter connect to.
