Create a new low fidelity prototype for the results page.

Think on what data the page should show, and how to dispose it.

After the design is finished and approved. Break down each new component as a task here in our board.

@frattezi I think we could create a dropdown (select) so that we can choose which election to retrieve. But this could be a page before the results page.
