Refresh episode list after creating or updating an episode #569

After creating or updating an episode, the episode list isn't refreshed.
It doesn't show the newly created episode or shows the updated episode.
It needs to be refreshed manually by reloading the page.

Expected behavior:

  • After creating or updating an episode, the episode list should display the new/updated episode without the need to reload the page.
