It will be helpful with generic message(with different parachain's customized calls) passing to different parachains

message will be like:

{
  type: "string",
  data: "Vec<u8>"
}

like #14 , the message will be like:

{
  type: "Storage",
  data: "{"cid": "Qm123", "size": 100}".to_vec()
}

I think Transact with custom call can fulfill this need
