[Feature Request] Add Ambassador Collective Governance

Currently, the Ambassador Collective's governance module is not available for the Collectives chain. We would like to request that it be added in a similar manner to how the Fellowship Collective is displayed. This would help significantly with the operations of the Collective.

• Overview section detailing members of the collective alongside their associated rank
• Referenda section with the following tracks so that we can submit referenda and vote on them:
  • 1/ Ambassador
  • 2/ Senior Ambassador
  • 3/ Head Ambassador
