CI workflow for checking diffs

Currently Firefox enforces the entry of 2 zips to the store releases for review.

1. The src code - with instructions on how to recreate the production build.
2. The build to be submitted to production

This means that both the build and the recreated build need to have ZERO diffs. I currently have instructions in the README on how to do it manually. This should be transformed into a ci workflow that runs the diffs ever PR.
