queenbee recipe link command gives OSError: symbolic link privilege not held #89

This is a permission issue on Windows. One can resolves this by running the command as admin.

@AntoineDao, thinks there should be a way to run this command without need to admin account and wants to explore the options!

Another resolution for this is to use WSL on windows 😄
