PCB conversion to the PC-104 standard

Hello, I have converted the PicoGUS to the PC-104 standard and connected it to my Vortex 86. The pgusinit program is able to detect and initialize the card, but afterward, no game can recognize the PicoGUS, neither as an ultrasound nor as a Sound Blaster. I suspect I may have made some errors during the conversion process, but I don't understand why pgusinit can identify the card while the games cannot.
