Programmatically refer to version within docs

In the docs, we reference the a go run command like go run github.com/polymerdao/monomer/cmd/monogen@v0.1. We would like this command to automatically update whenever we bump the docs version.

We may want to explore using something like this facebook/docusaurus#2302 (comment), though it seems tricky.
