Bass Clarinet part transposed manually, no option to have in A in Sibelius
Not clear how it will be converted in Humdrum and rendered on VHV.

@cdf75ubc Apply manual transposition and keep a record of examples and parts that required it. This will be fixed in Humdrum.

example Messiaen, R770, Bass Clarinet is in A now and will transpose down an octave plus a minor third. It was notated in treble clef. Please see screenshot below.
