Column width slider missing

The column width slider is missing in my Google Chrome version 43.0.2357.81 m.
Another review on your chrome web store site also reportet this issue.

I removed it because I switched to a layout where the width should be acceptable no matter what screen with, so the bug here is that it is still mentioned in the description

actually, where did you see it stated that it still supports it?

I think the readme is formulated in a way that it suggests a second slider "It adds a slider to change the font-size and adapt the column width accordingly."

Besides that I think it's a good thing to let the user tweak some settings himself, two sliders is not too much imo.
Nevertheless this is an extension I still use and love :)
