PoiDB dropshiprecords monthly dump

PoiDB dropshiprecords is providing on https://db.poi.moe/ from now on.
The first dump dropshiprecords-5b108c80.gz contains records from 2018-04-01 00:00:00 to 2018-06-01 00:00:00. Future dump will be dump monthly.
File is named from hexadecimal last record timestamp(second).
