[BUG] Window contol menu hover persist and sometime fails to fully render #907

The window control menu (titlebar right click) will have buttons showing up as 'Hovered' and will sometime not render fully.

Cosmic-comp Version: 0.1~~1727906110~~24.04~a96394f
Specs: 2080ti, 3900x, 32gb RAM
Nvidia: 560.35.03
