Weird window behaviour

Window Arrangement: It seems that rearranging windows is not functioning as expected. Shouldn’t this be possible with a double-click and not a single click? The current handling is unclear and somewhat frustrating.

Fullscreen Mode: Another issue is that applications like Steam and Firefox do not remember their fullscreen state. Each time I launch these applications, they open in "windowed mode."
