Capturing vertical monitors only captures half the screen

Capturing a vertical monitor only captures half the screen, leaving the other half blacked out

I think this has been fixed with the latest cosmic-comp commits. The screenshot interface behaves a bit weirdly with vertical monitors, but it does capture the entire screen now.

To extend on this issue, A screen that has been rotated 180 degrees will flip during the screenshot process and the resulting image will be upside down.
