Build70 (maybe up to 73): GT Producers only outputting 1A/t (1 Packet/Tick) #40

As I don't know if you had a look into it while working on Build 74 I'm posting it here, too.
The original post is on minecraftforum..

At the moment I'm playing with build 70 because of the missing recipes in build 73.
Something that I have noticed about the GT Producers is that at least the GT LV Producer seems not being able to produce more than 32 V (Voltage) at 1 A (Ampere or Packet)/t.
But the GT cables can hold up to 12A/t (that means up to 12 Packets of the given maximum voltage per tick) and GT wires can hold up to 16A/t!
Also it is possible to overload the GT cables which leads to overheating, shortcuts, fire and explosion.
Therefore the GT Producers should be able to deliver as many Ampere (or packets) per tick of the given Voltage they are designed for as the connected GT cables request.
So if I have enough RF/tick on the Consumer side this would mean that if I have four GT machines running on 32V and requiring 1 A/tick each on the output side this would require 32V * 4A = 128 EU * 4 = 512 RF per tick on the input side.

Maybe you should fix this with the next build if you haven't already done it.
