Currency dropdown in "Stammdaten" modal is unsorted and not searchable

Description

In the "Securities" tab, when adding a new security via the plus button, the "Stammdaten" modal opens. In this modal, the currency selection dropdown is not sorted alphabetically, does not display recently used currencies, and searching by typing letters does not work.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Securities tab.
2. Click on the Plus (+) button to add a new security.
3. Choose a stock
4. In the Stammdaten modal:
   • Open the Currency dropdown.
   • Notice that the currencies are not sorted alphabetically.
   • Try typing a letter to filter the dropdown → nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

• The currencies in the dropdown should be sorted alphabetically.
• Optionally, recently used currencies should appear at the top.
• Typing a letter should filter the currencies accordingly.
