Combining Uppercase and Mixed-Case Text in tab_spanner

What's the method for creating a tab_spanner that contains a mix of fully capitalized words and words with standard capitalization?

For example: "ABC Format" instead showing as "Abc Format" even I put "ABC Format" in the code.
