In the current development version (I believe after #1387) we now see this:

I see this whenever opening a new folder. We believe it is this experiment which we could opt out of.

I was definitely in the experiment for this one but I don't know if anyone else was, to be able to review.

I'm opted into experiments and have not seen this popup 👍
