Is there a way to parse the Tests and Pre-request Script so that we can parse the json exported from collection and then run it with Python?

Hi, I‘m facing a problem when I'm working, we are devleloping an Interface automation platform，and we want to parse json file exported from Postman Collection, then run it with Python. I'm wondering if there is a way to parse the Pre-request Script and Tests for they are like javascript or something like that. I've read the collection sdk, but haven't found a idea to do it. Is this feature open souce?
