Bulk Edit calls being used in flows

When I export, bulk edit calls, and then re-import, the Flows that I had created lose the request urls and need to be entered again. Is there a way to avoid this? Example of what I was trying to do:

1. Collection with a large number of calls is created
2. Numerous Flows created off of it
3. Authentication changed so I wanted to change the auth in the header on all of my calls
4. Exported, modified, re-imported
   *I had to manually reset the request urls on all of my Flows. This was super tedious and time consuming.
