Placement of (Legato and Shift) Slides, Hammers and Pulls

I compared the placements of (Legato and Shift) Slides, Hammer-Ons and Pull-Offs between PTE 1.7 and 2.0:

The symbols 'sl.', 'H' and 'P' in PTE 2.0 are placed under the starting note, in PTE in between the two notes.
IMHO this is the right place because I don't play the first note as a Hammer-On or whatever, but it denotes the execution of the 2nd. The tie of course is correct: it is the way the notes are linked together.

Excuse me for the nitpicking, but I feel that's all there's left at the moment:)
