Describe the current behavior

We are not able with current actions to connect or disconnect a generator, a static var compensator or a VSC converter station. We are not able to disconnect a shunt compensator (note that switching the shunt section to zero is equivalent. We cannot disconnect transformer'e ends.

Describe the expected behavior

• Adding a boolean open for generator action. See if it works for the other equipments that control voltage (VSC, SVC).
• Maybe adding a boolean open for shunt compensator action.
• Adding one action for transformers. Both two and three windings transformer should be supported (see existing actions). The feature is to have three boolean for connection status. It could be discuss. Note that we already hav a line connection action that will be used only for line, tie line and maybe hvdc line. To be discuss too.
