Describe the current behavior

When a user disconnect a terminal, he only knows if the disconnection was successful or not. Hence, when disconnecting a branch with one non-disconnectable side, the user disconnects only one side or none depending on which side it starts with.

Describe the expected behavior

The user should be able to disconnect both sides or none if at least one side is not disconnectable

Describe the motivation

Locking out a line
