Add measure transformer in busbarsection and coupling section

I think we should separate the two features (busbar & coupling section):

• in the coupling section, it shouldn't cause any trouble once the issue Possibility to enhance graph object and not only use "Disconnector" #308 is treated: the measure transformer will be simply displayed as a second component, like a second breaker is now displayed in a coupling section with two breakers.
• in the busbar section, we don't have so far the ability to add a component; where do you see that measure transformer? similarly to the voltage lack indicators (see issue Possibility to add indicators on busbarsection #311)?
