Is this something intended/normal? I could swear it didn't happen in the past, I hope I'm not misremembering.
I noticed this issue with the context menu dropdown in the beatmap carousel:
They seem to leave a "safe margin" at the top of the clean area (the part with no black overlays, the draggable carousel), as you can see from the "red space" I drew:
Coincidentally, they seem to overflow at the bottom, behind the footer, by almost the same "safe margin" distance (it may be fooling my cursor position, but the dropdown stays that way even when I lower the cursor).
The submenus seem to go even deeper (as far as you can see in the screenshot or so; after this distance, they seem to trigger some kind of overflow prevention and they jump to the opposite side as usual):
