Bug description

THIS DOES NOT CRASH THE GAME, IT SIMPLY SENDS AN ERROR (but doesn't hurt to still report it)
When:
User selects sudden death + accuracy challenge && both fail at the same time
Then:
An error gets thrown (and caught), which gets sent.

How to recreate:

1. Enable sudden death
2. Enable accuracy challenge
3. Set accuracy challenge's accuracy mode to standard
4. Miss the first note of the map

This error will trigger on other notes as well, even when using the maximum mode, however, this is the easiest way to consistently trigger the error.
None of the settings seem to affect the error.
