Daily challenge notification appearing twice after every relog

Bug description

After logging in in-game, the notification stating that today's daily challenge is now live is received twice.
After dismissing them(or not), signing out, and back in, they appear again.
(Found this after opening the game and being logged out)

Has been brought up multiple times in discord but no issue made to track. Definitely want to get this fixed for next release. Should only show when a user is online when the new daily challenge goes live.
