Grid snap slider placement double-click does not make new segment if anchor not hovered

Bug description

If you are using the positional snap grid and place a slider, the anchors snap to positions on the grid. This snapped position could be far away from the mouse cursor, so the cursor does not necessarily hover the anchor you are placing. This is an issue when you want to make a new segment by clicking twice, because it makes two overlapping anchors instead of a new segment. In stable this would automatically make a new segment but not in lazer.
