Bug description

Scrolling causes framerate to go below 60 fps at worst, while usually it would only decrease to around ~400-500 from 1000.

This also persists even when deleting all the hitobjects from the map.

Quick note I forgot to mention:
Performance only drops when scrolling in the editor, but not when playing it in the editor, unless you also scroll while it is playing.

I have no clue why, but this only happens in specific parts of a map, and not in every map (map in this example, and @ 02:58:302 and other places)
