logging out during a play causes an error upon submission

Bug description

log in -> start playing a map -> pause during gameplay -> log out while paused -> unpause and finish playing the map. upon attempting score submission, an error will be thrown saying that the user isn't logged in. this does not occur if the entire map is played while logged out

Logout should probably not be allowed during score submission or gameplay.

in this case, I found it because I specifically wanted to log out so I'd be able to screenshot the score to send to a friend, while also not submitting it online. if it's reasonable to keep that functionality, I'd prefer it

that's not really a supported scenario on our game.

that's okay, I can always get the same functionality by disconnecting my internet before score submission, but that's a considerably more crude method
